Information You Submit
Search terms such as a name, telephone number, or street address go to the outside provider responsible for returning sponsored results; our servers do not keep that query. If you contact us directly, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times. Aggregate log information helps diagnose technical faults and measure which resources visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or comparable technologies where applicable.
How Information Is Used
Collected information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We neither sell lists of visitors nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Escambia County and Florida records portals, Pensacola Library collections, archives, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this site is governed by the destination's privacy policy, not this one. The same distinction applies to sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support providers may process ordinary server logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatically collected information described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it; we do not otherwise provide visitor data to outside parties.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit, and logs are retained only while needed for the purposes stated above. Because visitors do not create accounts, this site holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted information so that it can be removed.
Privacy Choices and Rights
Your place of residence may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data kept by a website. Florida does not provide one broad deletion right that erases lawfully public deeds, court indexes, or property rolls. Florida privacy protections are record specific: Fla. Stat. §119.071 covers enumerated exempt information, §97.0585 protects specified voter-registration identifiers, Chapter 382 governs vital-record confidentiality, and the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act restricts motor-vehicle personal information. The Florida Address Confidentiality Program under Fla. Stat. §§741.401-.465 provides eligible participants a substitute address through an official process.
Because this site retains little visitor information, a request will usually concern a contact message or server log. Submit it through the Contact page. Public records controlled by a Florida agency, the Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, the Escambia County Property Appraiser, Pensacola, or Century cannot be changed here. Send a correction, redaction, or statutory exemption request to the agency that keeps the record.
